For any further inquiries regarding online orders, shipping, or just general questions or comments please contact me directly at my email here

All apparel is screen printed by hand in my private studio with professional quality screen printing inks.

 

Shop Policies & Terms 

I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please make sure when making an order from the shop to read all product descriptions in full and throughly before confirming your purchase.

When purchasing apparel, please ensure you have selected the right size, quantity and colour of items before checking out.

Make sure to confirm that your shipping & billing information is correct on all lines of the order form before finalizing your purchase as well.

All sales are final.

This being said, if there are any issues with your order please do not hesitate to contact me ASAP and I will do what I can to make it right for you. 

 

Shipping

Free local pickup is an option only if you are located in Victoria BC. Just select the option for local pickup at checkout and provide your email address and you will be contacted to arrange pickup time at my studio. 

All orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days of order placement. This does not include delivery time. 

Delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. 

All orders are sent via Canada Post unless otherwise stated.

International Orders

I am currently only accepting Canadian orders and shipping within Canada.

Apologies for any inconveniences.

Given the recent changes to import fees/tarrifs on all products being sold to the US I am currently not shipping to the United States at this time. This is subject to change as the situation changes.

I will update the FAQ as soon as I am shipping internationally again and make an announcement in the shop announcement bar.

All International orders will be passed onto a local courier (such as USPS for US orders) once the package has left the border I have no control over your parcel.

The buyer is solely responsible for all applicable sales taxes, customs fees, import/export charges and any other applicable tax charges if any upon delivery.

Orders will not be refunded if a delivery is refused by the receiver. Any refused orders will be will considered abandoned packages as we do not accept returns. 

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If there is a delay or issue with your delivery please refer to your tracking number and try contacting your postal provider first.

Once again, please contact me if you have any other issues with your order and I will do what I can to make it right and resolve this usse - I want to see you happy with your experience. :)
